PLEASE NOTE:
Due to the on-going deregistration process, transfer requests and trades through the Qualified Matching Service will not be allowed after May 21, 2010. Transfers and trades will be allowed to resume shortly after the membership votes on whether to approve the proposed deregistration and reclassification of units at the Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting was originally set for May 27, 2010 but has been postponed to a date yet to be determined. More information will be forthcoming in the proxy materials.
Transfers and trade requests received by May 21, 2010 will be reviewed at the next Board of Governor’s meeting which is scheduled for May 27, 2010.
